On more than a few occasions, customers have provided us with what they considered the final product designs when it turned out that there were problems or even significant design flaws. We have often been able to help customers modifying or correcting a design by paying extreme attention to project details from the beginning. By catching such problems early, before the mold making starts, waste of time and money can be avoided.
If a design has a problem, or a product cannot function as intended, we do not consider this a self-inflicted customer problem. Our approach is always that we are “in this together”, as long-term business partners, and any such problem would be our problem as much as yours.
